We love your enthusiasm and want to get the products to you as quickly as possible!

We process orders in the order they are received, and orders usually ship quickly (within 1-3 business days). We are not able to offer rush order processing, but if your order is time-sensitive, we encourage you to choose the shipping option that offers the most reliability and shortest transit time. Shipping options available at checkout vary depending on your shipping address.

Please note:

  • We cannot guarantee delivery on or by a specific date due to carrier inconsistencies. 
  • We do not offer refunds for long delivery times and do not accept late delivery as a valid return reason.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to retrieve packages in a timely manner once they are delivered. If you are not home at the time of delivery, make arrangements for a neighbor or friend to retrieve the package for you.
  • While UPS Ground is not considered an expedited service, it can reduce the transit time to some destinations (especially remote locations) and is more reliable. We recommend this shipping method for addresses that cannot accept USPS parcel delivery or addresses where misdeliveries or theft are common.
  • Shipping options may change from time to time without notice.
