We accept returns within 30 days of order delivery.  "Icon" Rewards Members enjoy an extended return window of 60 days. Some exceptions apply.  Please see the Shipping & Returns page for our full return policy.

What is your return policy?

Thank you for reaching out.  Your order hasn't been shipped yet.  We typically ship orders within 1-3 business days, but this may take longer during sales or around holidays.  You'll receive an email confirmation when your order ships (be sure to check your spam folder!).  If it's been more than a week since you placed your order and you still haven't received a shipping confirmation, please email us at hello@indielee.com.  We'll be happy to investigate!
