Tracking shows my order was delivered, but I didn't receive it. What do I do?Updated 8 months ago
We're sorry to hear that your order is missing! Packages do sometimes get mis-delivered and rerouted to the correct address within a day or two or arrive a short time after a delivery notification is triggered. We also acknowledge that package loss and theft happen and can be very frustrating!
We encourage you to check all entrances, gates, mail rooms and parcel lockers, and with neighbors and other members of your household (if applicable) to see if someone else retrieved the package for you.
