Absolutely! As a courtesy, we always send an email reminder 3 days before your next scheduled shipment so that you have time to make changes if needed. Be sure to check your inbox (and spam or promotions folder) to ensure you receive these notifications. We recommend adding [email protected] to your safe list or address book to ensure email notifications go straight your inbox. 

If you wish to modify your subscription, changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment to apply to that order. Changes made after this window will apply to the following shipment.

NOTE: Indie Lee does not guarantee delivery or receipt of email notifications and is not responsible for missed, filtered, blocked, or unread communications. Failure to receive or review a reminder email does not alter the scheduled processing of a subscription order. Once processed, subscription shipments cannot be canceled, refused, returned, or refunded. All subscription orders are final sale.
