Return Policy

• We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase.  Icon Rewards Members enjoy an extended return window of 60 days.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. 
• Subscriptions, gift cards, limited editions, and products purchased with a 40% or more discount are considered final sale and non-returnable.
• We offer the option of returning for store credit with a $5 bonus added to the return value or returning for a refund for the amount paid.
• We only issue refunds back to the original payment method. 
• Shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable and will be excluded from your refund or credit amount.
• We accept returns for products purchased from www.indielee.com. If you purchased your Indie Lee products from another website or store, please contact the retailer directly for assistance.
