OUR RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of order delivery.
Even if it's been opened and used! Icon Rewards Members enjoy an extended return window of 60 days.
We accept returns for items purchased from IndieLee.com only.
If you purchased your products from another retailer, please contact them directly for return and exchange options. Retailer returns are subject to the retailer's own return policy.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Mail-back instructions, if applicable, will be provided after the return form is submitted. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
We do not accept returns for:
- Subscription shipments: Products purchased with the "Subscribe & Save" option are considered final sale. If you're purchasing a product for the first time, we recommend the "one time" purchase option to experience the product and return if needed.
- Gift cards
- "Final Sale" products (indicated on the product page)
- Products purchased at a 40% or more discount
Refunds versus Store Credit
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Alternatively, you can return your products for store credit, which includes a bonus $5 to use on your next order. (Limit of one $5 bonus issued per order.)
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any shipping charges that were paid on the original order are excluded from your refund or credit amount.
Amazon Purchases
To ensure that only authentic, high-quality products reach consumers, we partner exclusively with one Amazon seller, Front Row Group (formerly known as Fortress Brand). If you purchased your Indie Lee product on Amazon and wish to return, please submit your return request via Amazon. If the item is not returnable via Amazon, we offer a 45-day Satisfaction Guarantee with proof of purchase from Front Row Group.
Indie Lee reserves the right to determine return eligibility.
