What should I do if a discount code isn't working?Updated a year ago

Let's troubleshoot!

1. Remove any spaces, quotes, periods or asterisks, as these are not part of the code.

2. Log in to your Indie Lee Account before proceeding to checkout. Some of our gift card codes and discount codes are linked to a specific email address and will not work unless you're logged in.

3. Make sure the discount code is still valid. Expiration dates are usually noted at the bottom of our emails, but some promotion timeframes are not publicized. Indie Lee reserves the right to end promotions for any reason without notice.
