The "duplicate" charges you're seeing are most likely only pending authorizations. This can sometimes happen when there are repeated payment attempts during the checkout process (for example, if your card is declined and you resubmit the order).
Our order processing system only allows us to capture payment one time for each order. Any duplicate pending charges that appear in your credit card activity should clear once your order finishes processing (2-5 business days), but if not, you'll want to let your credit card company know. They can clear any lingering pending charges for you.
