Why didn't I receive my birthday points?Updated 5 days ago

You must add a birthdate to your Rewards profile and place at least one order to receive the Birthday Bonus. 

To add your birthdate, make sure you're logged into your account first. Then go to the Rewards page and scroll down to the “Ways to Earn Points” section. Look for the Birthday Bonus reward, and hover your curser (desktop) or tap (mobile) on the block to add your birthdate. 

We recommend postdating your birthdate to at least 30 days out to ensure the current year's Birthday Bonus is rewarded. For example, if today is January 1 and your birthday is January 20, enter February 1 as your birthdate.

If the Birthday Bonus block isn't present, you have either already provided your birthdate or your account is not yet eligible for this reward (e.g. you haven't placed any orders yet).
